1. Who we are
This store is operated by So Alegria LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, trading as Sacred Market, at 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States.
Throughout these terms, "we," "us" and "our" mean So Alegria LLC. "You" means you.
By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.
3. What we sell
We sell two things. Physical goods: stone, plant material, packaging and a printed card. And digital goods: written readings, personalised charts assembled from birth data, calendars, guides, journals and printable files, delivered as files rather than as objects.
We make no claim that any product does anything. The stones represent. They do not do. Nothing we sell protects a house, attracts anything, changes anyone's circumstances, or alters what happens to a person.
Nothing we write predicts anything. Our written work describes the sky, which is a matter of astronomical record, and it describes what a placement or a moment has traditionally been understood to mean. It does not tell you what will happen, what to decide, or what any event means for your life. Where a date is given for an astronomical event, that date is computed and checked against a published ephemeris, and it is the only kind of claim on this site offered as fact.
Astrological and ritual content is offered for reflection and for personal use. It is cultural and historical context and a framework for thinking, not a statement of fact about outcomes, and not a promise.
Nothing on this site is medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and nothing here is a substitute for any of those. This applies to every product without exception, including any kit or reading named for a diagnosis, a death, a separation or a change in circumstances. Those products mark a moment. They do not treat, diagnose, counsel or advise. If something in your life needs a professional, see one.
Descriptions of what a stone traditionally represents are cultural and historical context. They are not statements of fact about physical effects, and they are not promises.
3a. Digital products
Delivery. Digital products are delivered as a file, by download link or by email, to the address given at checkout. Most arrive within minutes. A personalised chart is assembled on demand and can take longer at busy times. Nothing digital requires an appointment, a call or any live time with us.
Accuracy of what you give us. A personalised product is built from the birth date, time and place you enter. If any of those is wrong, the file will be wrong. Tell us and we will regenerate it once at no cost. We cannot verify your birth information and we do not attempt to.
What you may do with a digital file. One copy, for you. Print it, keep it, use it. You may not resell it, share it publicly, redistribute it, or use it or any part of it to train a machine learning system.
Access. Download links are time limited. Ask and we will reissue one. We keep files available for as long as we reasonably can, and we will not promise a period we cannot honour.
Where digital orders can be placed. Digital products are sold worldwide. They are files, so nothing is shipped and nothing is restricted by destination. Physical goods ship within the United States only. See section 8.
4. Natural materials and variation
Every product contains natural, untreated stone selected by hand.
Colour, size, shape, banding, inclusions and surface all vary from piece to piece and from the photographs on this site. Stated dimensions are approximate. Variation is inherent to the material and is not a fault.
5. Safety, and please read this part
Sage and palo santo are burned. Fire is fire.
- Never leave burning plant material unattended.
- Burn only on a heatproof, non-flammable surface.
- Keep away from anything that catches, including curtains, paper and bedding.
- Keep away from children and animals.
- Use in a ventilated room. Smoke can affect people with asthma or other respiratory conditions.
- Extinguish fully. Confirm it is out before you leave the room or go to sleep.
- Smoke detectors respond to smoke. Yours may go off.
Stone is a small hard object. Keep it away from children under three and from animals that swallow things. Dropped stone chips and the edges are sharp. Raw tourmaline in particular has natural fracture lines.
Products are for household decorative and personal use by adults. You accept responsibility for using them safely.
6. Prices, orders and errors
All prices are in United States dollars and can change at any time before you order.
We try to describe and price everything accurately. Errors happen. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with a materially wrong description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, whether or not it has been confirmed.
We may refuse or cancel any order, and may limit quantities per person, per household or per order. This covers, among other things, orders that appear to be for resale where no wholesale agreement exists.
Availability shown on the site reflects our stock at that moment. Everything is made in small numbers by hand and can sell out between your page loading and your checkout completing.
7. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We do not store your full card details.
By ordering, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you enter.
8. Shipping, returns and refunds
Governed by our Shipping Policy and our Refund and Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier. Our breakage and lost-package commitments in the Refund and Return Policy apply regardless.
A digital file cannot be returned once it has been delivered, so change-of-mind returns do not apply to it. What does apply is set out in the Refund and Return Policy under Digital products, and it covers the file not arriving, the wrong file arriving, a file that will not open, a duplicate charge, and a personalised product built on birth information entered incorrectly.
Physical goods ship within the United States only. Digital products are sold worldwide.
If you are buying a digital product from outside the United States. Prices are shown in United States dollars. Where a consumption tax applies to a digital sale into your country, it is shown at checkout before you pay.
Buyers in the United Kingdom and the European Union. You hold a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery begins. By completing checkout you expressly ask us to deliver the file straight away and you acknowledge that your right to withdraw ends at that point. What still applies is set out in the Refund and Return Policy, and it is not narrowed by this.
Where the law in your country gives you a right that cannot be waived, that right stands regardless of anything in these terms.
If you are outside the United States and want a physical product, write to us and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it.
9. Our content
The text, photography, design, logo and name on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Do not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.
You may share links to our pages. That is different and it is welcome.
10. What you agree not to do
Do not use this site to break any law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data from it, to impersonate anyone, or to resell our products as new without a wholesale agreement.
11. Disclaimer
The site and everything on it is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free or secure.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to a product or to this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order that claim relates to.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profit or loss of data.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of a product, including any use of burning plant material contrary to Section 5.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts sitting in Pima County, Arizona, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
16. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
