This is our registered address. It is not a shop, there is nothing to visit, and it is not where returns go.

Sending something back

Email us before you send anything. Write to admin@sacredmarket.us with your order number and we will confirm what to do and give you the address to use.

A package sent back without doing that first may not reach us. Most of the time you will not need to send anything at all, because breakage is replaced without a return. The Refund and Return Policy sets out when a return is needed and when it is not.

What to write about

A problem with an order. Order number and a photograph if something arrived broken. See the Refund and Return Policy.

A return or an exchange. Email before sending anything back.

Buying in volume. Real estate agents, brokerages and anyone giving these at closings, write to us directly. Wholesale pricing and terms are handled by invoice and not through the store.

Press, stockists and everything else. Same address. It reaches both of us.
