For agents
Your client will forget the wine before the first mortgage payment clears.
A closing gift has one job and it is not thanks. It is to still be in that house next spring, on a shelf, when somebody at a dinner asks who they used.
What you are buying
The Threshold Blessing. Rose quartz for welcome, raw black tourmaline for protection, white sage, palo santo, and a card with the practice on it. The two halves of moving in.
It is not branded. There is no logo on the box, because a gift with your face on it is an advertisement and everybody can tell the difference. Your card goes inside instead. That is the whole marketing and it works better.
How it ships
Ten, twenty or thirty at a time. Ten at $52 a kit, twenty at $49, thirty at $46. Buy at eleven at night without emailing anybody.
It ships as a kit of loose pieces with the gift boxes flat packed in the carton, and you assemble. That keeps the freight down and keeps the stone from arriving in pieces.
Lead time, honestly
Seven business days to ship. Twelve with your own card in the box.
If you have December closings, order in October. We would rather say that in September than apologise in December.
Your own card in the box
There is a set up fee and one short call to get the file right. Add it at checkout and a booking link comes with your confirmation.
The agents who do this are not the ones with the biggest budget. They are the ones who worked out that the closing is the last thing the client remembers, and acted like it.
